The hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, great for watching TV with excellent lighting, but not very clean. The service, from the guys on the beach to the lift to the beach, was satisfactory, although there seemed to be some room for improvement. The location is lovely, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, but the 'relaxed' dress code was a bit confusing. Dining was decent, with multiple sections for various occasions, but could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.

I found the hotel's location ideal, although getting around the hilly terrain could be challenging in extreme heat. The rooms, especially the pool villa with a sea view, were lovely and well-maintained. The dining experience varied for us, with some hits and misses. The staff, particularly Ken at the front desk, was helpful and accommodating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were so roomy, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, I was upgraded to a Cape Suite which was fantastic. The views from the second-floor balcony were simply breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly staff like Max on reception and Jennifer in the restaurant making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, full of wonderful staff and beautiful bird sightings, although the hotel taxi prices were a bit high. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of fresh fruits and other choices to enjoy. The facilities were excellent for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
